My Story
If you haven't heard already, God gives us all the ingredients for our daily bread but He expects us to do the baking and boy is that true! My name is Margaret Hart. I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a downright southern girl from the backwoods of Louisiana with a flair for baking homemade desserts.
I vividly remember
baking my first cake from scratch: a yellow cake with chocolate frosting. Now many years later that love for making desserts from scratch is still alive within me. I knew that people still wanted desserts made from scratch just like their mom or gradnmother had made and that's what led me to From Hart to Home. Happiness is truly homemade.
